Bhrigu Lake Trek - According to legend, Hindu Rishi Bhrigu used to meditate at this location, and the lake's water is also considered to be holy by Hindus. The Bhrigu is located east of the Rohtang pass at a height of 14,100 feet. When the lake freezes in the winter, you can see a fine, shimmering film of white snow covering it.
Feel the warmth of the establishment as you are welcomed to our hostel, the Moustache Manali. Check into the shared dorm rooms with your other travellers and trekkers. Enjoy the hostel atmosphere and have fun exploring the grounds. You may also go outside and enjoy cafe hopping; the Old Manali market has a lot of wonderful cafes; enjoy the German bakery and other options available there. Return to the hostel in the late evening, savour the delicious meals that are provided, and then go to bed since the real adventure begins the next day.
You begin the hike from Kluang to Moridugh; the route is rugged and winds through a thick forest. As the lake is located at a high altitude, you should be mindful of the time you spend at the summit, capture the surrounding whiteness, play in the snow, and record as many memories as you can. Once you get at Bhrigu Lake, you will be able to see most of the Dhauladhar range's summits, including Hanuman Tibba (the highest peak in the range at 5928 metres), Manali Peak, and Friendship Peak.
